The 24/7 support service offers professional advice to anyone in North East Lincolnshire who is seeing their mental health affected in any way.
We're on hand 24 hours a day to offer guidance on any anxiety you may be struggling with, including isolation and loneliness.
We can also signpost and support on a range of mental health issues including depression, suicidal thoughts and self-harm.
The helpline is for people of all ages and can be accessed by anyone - whether you're already using our services or not.
We also offer fast-tracked access to key workers, including NHS staff on the frontline of the coronavirus pandemic.
The 24/7 line is a joint venture between NAViGO, Rethink Mental Illness, North East Lincolnshire Council, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Trust and Young Minds Matter.

How can I access 24/7 mental health support?
The coronavirus mental health support service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To get in touch, call (01472) 256256 and select option 3 for mental health support. Alternatively, you can call freephone 08081 968442.
If you’re in a mental health crisis and need urgent help, call the Single Point of Access on (01472) 256256 and select option 3. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
