A memory group open to people with early onset dementia and their carers. 

Using cognitive stimulation therapy techniques, we bring people together to share their weekly experiences. We use activities to engage our brains and challenge us to keep our brains as active as possible.

Open to all who are experiencing mild cognitive impairment, along with their carers.
