It’s our Annual General Meeting and NAViGO celebration on Tuesday 28 September 2021. Here's what's in store!
Once again, we’re taking over Grimsby Auditorium for the big day but you can also watch online right here or on our YouTube channel, with mini gatherings also being held across NAViGO sites.
If you’re not comfortable with attending a large venue yet, you can come along to a mini gathering at the NAViGO House Coffee House at our Brighowgate headquarters. Space is limited at the smaller venue so if you can, please let us know if that’s where you would like to go.
This year, we're making a splash! This year’s special guest speaker is one of the most successful female British swimmers of recent times, double Olympic gold champion Rebecca Adlington.
While the ballot papers for the rep elections will be hitting doormats over the next few days, we’re doing things a little bit differently when it comes to votes on resolutions and the Project of the Year by casting votes online through a confidential and secure voting system.
All staff members (shareholders) will be sent a link on the morning of the AGM providing you with your voter ID and the online link to vote.

Anyone attending the AGM will be expected to wear a face mask (unless exempt) and comply with social distancing measures.
