This award looks to celebrate all the amazing elements of our late colleague Annie Darby’s personality and spirit. Annie was a person who celebrated life and supported many marginalised groups in North East Lincolnshire.

She was a caring nurse and health visitor who shared a passion for safeguarding. Her laugh and love of helping people were infectious and continues even though she has gone. The Shine A Light Award wants you to shine a light on a staff member, service user or carer that has shown determination, love, kindness or has lifted someone’s spirit when they needed it.
